How It Began
It Begins with Love.
Nicole Spooner began her love affair with fine food and restaurants while growing up in New England. She moved to Central Florida in 1997 and it’s here, in the Orlando community, where her love of the culinary and hospitality industry quickly became a fundamental part of her life. As a Central Floridian, she understands that Orlando is a big city with small town values, a place where personal relationships and exceptional service matter. With love for not only food and hospitality, Nicole adores the community she lives in and has become passionate about supporting its local businesses.
That passion has driven her career path to a 16-year journey in sales and marketing. With a strong background in business consultation, event management and print publishing on both a local and national level, Nicole has chosen to focus on helping local businesses succeed through fostering personal and professional relationships with some of Orlando’s most well-known healthy living, restaurant and lifestyle personalities.
Nicole currently serves on the TASTE! Central Florida Committee, benefitting The Second Harvest Food Bank and Coalition for the Homeless and has also served on the board for Gourmet Soirée, which benefitted Florida Hospital for Children’s Mission fit POSSIBLE PROGRAM; Orlando’s Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry, benefitting the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida and Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida; A. Jones Family Foundation’s Orlando Princess Ball, supporting Florida Hospital for Children and Jack in the Park, a fundraiser for Special Olympics Florida.
