Nicole Spooner began her love affair with fine food and restaurants while growing up in New England. She moved to Central Florida in 1997 and it’s here, in the Orlando community, where her love of the culinary and hospitality industry quickly became a fundamental part of her life.
Recognizing Orlando as a city with big aspirations and small town values, she embraced the significance of personal relationships and exceptional service. With love for not only food and hospitality, Nicole adores the community she lives in and has become passionate about supporting its local businesses.
That passion has driven her career path to a 27-year journey in sales and marketing. Nicole has honed her skills in business consultation, curating creative marketing campaigns, event management, print publishing and detailed market analysis. Her focus lies in empowering local businesses, leveraging personal and professional relationships with key figures in Orlando's media landscape, lifestyle personalities and esteemed restaurant and local business owners.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Nicole is an avid home cook, believing that some of life’s best memories are made in the kitchen. Her love for her family (and her Shorkie, Bella), is paramount and she enjoys traveling with her husband, and daughter.
Nicole’s commitment to her community extends beyond her career. She serves as Co-Chair for TASTE! Central Florida, benefitting The Second Harvest Food Bank and Coalition for the Homeless. She has also served on the committee for the Orlando Cattle Baron's Ball, the Gourmet Soirée, which benefitted Florida Hospital for Children’s Mission fit POSSIBLE PROGRAM; Orlando’s Taste of the Nation for No Kid Hungry, A. Jones Family Foundation’s Orlando Princess Ball, Jack in the Park, a fundraiser for Special Olympics Florida and the local Annual Children's Adoption Carnival.

Michelle Kandrac, Account Executive
Michelle Kandrac joined Mpact in February 2023 as an account executive. She is a seasoned professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences through meticulous event coordination. With a background in account management and a flair for innovative marketing strategies, Michelle has consistently demonstrated a knack for orchestrating successful events spanning various industries.
Her expertise lies not only in executing seamless events but also in understanding the unique needs of clients. Michelle's strategic marketing knowledge ensures that each project not only meets but surpasses expectations, leaving a lasting impression and fostering long-lasting business relationships.
A master multi-tasker, Michelle thrives in managing numerous responsibilities with finesse. Her skill in building and nurturing client relationships, coupled with her adept use of cutting-edge marketing tactics, sets her apart in delivering exceptional results for every project she undertakes.
Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle takes pride in her role as a mother of five, including a set of energetic twin boys. During her downtime, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as cooking with her spouse, sharing in the family's passion for wrestling, and cherishing quality time with their two beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Gia and Tucker. Irene Mucunu, Executive Assistant & Influencer Coordinator
Since joining Mpact Orlando Marketing in October 2019, Irene has played a key role in supporting the team as an Executive Assistant. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating influencer partnerships and overseeing contract fulfillment. Irene ensures that all deliverables are meticulously tracked, timelines are followed, and promotional content aligns with client expectations. Her contributions are key to maintaining the integrity of influencer relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of all marketing campaigns.
Irene’s strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills enable her to facilitate successful collaborations, delivering impactful results for both clients and the local businesses Mpact supports. Her experience as an executive assistant has honed her ability to manage communications, contracts, and reporting with precision. This ensures each campaign aligns with Mpact’s mission of community-based marketing, while meeting or exceeding client goals.
Outside of work, Irene is a devoted mother of two and a passionate car enthusiast. Whether she’s spending time with her family or diving into the world of cars, Irene’s attention to detail and dedication extend to every facet of her life.
